Lincoln JV softball lost game one against Saline.
Saline scored three in the first but Lincoln answered with four in the third with singles by Taylor Coon, Madison Mullins, Lacey Linne Paige Cunningham and Jennilee Lundell. The game was tied at seven after four but Saline added four in the fifth and two in the sixth. The splitters scored four in the sixth but came up short losing 13-11.
Jennilee Lundell went 3 for 3 with a walk and driving in four runs. Lacey Linne went four for four with two singles and two doubles driving in three runs. Madison Mullins also went 3 for 4 with three singles.
Paige Cunningham took the mound allowing 14 hits, walking eight and striking out eleven.
