The Lincoln Varsity team for this match consisted most of JV's due to the rest of the girls went on a band trip. Lincoln girls played very well considering this was their first Varsity match.

It was a long battle between both teams. #4 Singles, Alexis Hoffman won her match 6-4, 6-3 and #3 Doubles, Sydney Mertens & Elizabeth Moore won their match in 3 sets (1-6, 6-4, 7-5).

Lincoln girls played very well and won 6-2 flights with an over all win of the match. Lincolns MIchelle Wesnoski, Ava Williamson, Kisha Avila winning in singles. In the doubles flights Madelyn Jankowski/Dana Brooks, Samantha West/Anne Compos, Elizabeth Moore/Sydney Mertens won their flights. Alexis Hoffman and Chelsea Currier/Madgalena Barnett lost their flights however they took their match to a third set tie breaker.

Lincoln Varsity Girls won all 8 flights. They played very well and showed good sportsmanship while playing against John Glenn. John Glenn were not as seasoned as the Lincoln girls nor were they experinced in the rules of tennis.

Another windy day, however the Lincoln girls played well. #1 Singles, Michelle Wesnoski and #1 Doubles, Madelyn Jankowski and Dana Brooks won their matches in 2 sets. #2, #3, #4 Singles took their matches to a third set tie breaker, however, fell short. #2, #3, #4 Doubles lost their matches in 2 sets.

The Girls Varsity Tennis played very well under extreme windy conditions. Monroe girls were able to control the tennis balls better in the windy condition than the Lincoln girls. #2 Singles, Ava Williamson was able to win her match.
