PINCKNEY COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 15
It was a perfect day for baseball at Railsplitter Field Monday night. Game one against Pinckney was far from perfect. Lincoln fell, 15-7. The Splitters looked to be in control after taking a 6-4 lead in the 4th inning. But, the wheels came off in the top of the 6th inning. Pinckney scored 9 and Lincoln simply could not come back.
Lincoln’s starting pitcher, Jaylyn Bullock went down with a stiff shoulder. Nick Morgan pitched well in relief and also added two hits and two RBI to help offensively. He is our player of the game.
