Announcements and Important Events
Each athlete is different and new runners will have time to build up to these distances if they need to. Summer Conditioning is a great way to build up endurance and be ready to race when the season starts in August. There is no fee to participate, just come with a positive attitude and be ready to run. We will meet at the pavilion behind the water park (second right in the traffic circle). We will take the week of the 4th of July off with no group practice that week but all are encouraged to run on their own.
Dave Caine, the HS distance coach and Boy’s Cross Country, Coach Lisa Brower, HS Girls Cross Country, and Jenny Guziel, MS Cross Country will be working with both middle school and high school athletes all summer. For more information email Coach Caine at
